Homes for Haringey is seeking an understanding of the market interest in the provision of all Planned Internal Improvement works to a number of properties within Haringey. Works will range from Kitchen and Bathroom / WC renewal / installation to Domestic Electric Upgrade. Homes for Haringey's mission is to work in partnership to prevent homelessness and help those in housing need, to provide excellent housing management services and improve life-chances for Haringey and Improve existing homes and increase the supply of high quality affordable housing. The market engagement exercise will seek the views of potential service providers through 1 to 1 meetings. This information will be used to inform the design of the commercial arrangements, to understand the level of interest from the market and the procurement strategy to adopt. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is not a call for competition for the purposes of Regulation 26(9) of the Public Contracts regulation 2015 — a specific call for competition. Homes for Haringey have proposed to utilise Restricted Procedure for this procurement. Participating in this market engagement exercise is not a pre-requisite to participating in the formal procurement to be commenced by the Council in relation to this opportunity.
