Description of Works: Internal & external improvement works on 5nr mid and terrace properties in Hanley Stoke-on-Trent including:- Demolition and Strip Out, Roofing, Brickwork repairs and pointing, Asbestos removal, Kitchen & Bathroom installs, Electrical & heating installs, Window & door installs, Damp proofing, Decoration, Garden tidy and refurbishment. It is envisaged that there will be a further 7Nr properties added to this scheme this financial year and foresee that the work to these properties will be awarded to the winning tenderer.
