TDA on behalf of Torbay Council are looking for a Contractor to take on the whole of the design and construction of an industrial business unit. The site requires new road access, internal road, services infrastructure, ground stabilisation and retaining structures to deal with the different changes to ground levels. TDA on behalf of Torbay Council are looking for a Contractor to take on the whole of the design and construction of an industrial business unit. The Contractor will enter into an NEC Option A Construction Contract, with the intention of novating AHR Architects and WSP Engineers. The proposed development is proportionate to the size of the site and the necessities of Torbay Council and all environmental features and constraints of the site have been carefully assessed and taken into account during the design process, so to produce a sustainable development in accordance to all national and Local Planning Policies.
