Tender description

The aim of the project is to refurbish and re-model the Grade II former Andrew Carnegie Library to provide much needed community services to the neighbourhoods of Tuebrook and Old Swan. The 'Old Library' will act as a focus for community activity, providing a wide range of functions to extend Lister Steps current activities. The PAS91 PQQ has been designed to assess the suitability of a Supplier to be included on the heritage repairs sub contractor select list, for the Old Library Tuebrook project. The purpose of this PQQ is to select a list of specialist historic repair contractors which will be used as a select list of potential domestic subcontractors to be included within the main contract ITT. Please note by applying for this PQQ you are not precluded from applying for the main contract as well, albeit if successful on the list for the main contract, your name will be removed from the list of 'approved' subcontractors
