Tender description

A proposal for the Rationalisation of the County Council’s Property Portfolio in Northallerton was submitted to the Executive Members Board 24 April 2018. This proposal recommended a number of property disposals along with various packages of works at County Hall Campus including remodelling, maintenance, refurbishment and demolition works. These recommendations have been approved by the Executive board and as such we wish to invite suppliers to attend a market engagement session event to explore the potential works opportunities.
