Tender description

Birmingham City University wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for building construction work including: — remodelling and refurbishment work, — electrical and mechanical installation work. The framework will be used for a variety of projects ranging from small refurbishments up to more significant projects of a value up to (approximately) the OJEU Threshold. The Tender has been split into the following Lots: — Lot 1: building construction works including M and E Installations — Projects up to 250 000 GBP, — Lot 2: building construction works including M and E Installations — Projects above 250 000 GBP; — Lot 3: M and E Installations — Projects up to 250 000 GBP, — Lot 4: M and E Installations — Projects above 250 000 GBP. Bidders may express an interest in one or multiple lots. Building construction works including M and E Installations — Projects up to 250 000 GBP.
