Leicestershire County Council seeks to appoint a contractor to undertake the construction of 3 units which are to be constructed with a B2/ B8 use class with the provision for future ancillary B1c office to provide accommodation of 80,514 sq ft / 7 499 m2. Full Planning was approved on the 24.5.2018, a Regulation 3 planning application was submitted to Leicestershire County Council.
