Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of refurbishment works at Enniskillen custody suite. The works will generally involve refurbishment and minor alteration works to the following areas: — custody reception, — corridors, — consultation and holding rooms, — ablutions, — all cells including shower rooms. Replacement of extract system throughout: — carry out damp remediation works, — upgrade of existing heating system and associated pipework modifications and controls as necessary, — upgrade of the Custody suite communications system, — upgrade of electrical infrastructure as necessary, — upgrade of Building energy management controls and associated wiring.
