Tender description

To isolate hot and cold water supplies. Strip out CWST located in house and replace with 1 No. 100 gallon tank complete with bylaw 30 kit to meet L8 regulations. Supply and fit temperature gauges on HWS flow and return pipework. Service all thermostatic mixing valves, clean strainers and set at 41°c. Check all calorifiers and point of use water heaters and set temperatures at 60°c. To supply and fit new isolation valves and drain valves on pipework as indicated within Infinity legionella report. Remove dead legs as detailed on legionella report and cap off at parent pipes or straight line pipework. Check dead legs coming out of ground, if live, supply and install new outside taps to achieve L8 compliance. To supply and install shower hose retainers as required. To isolate and strip out all braided pipework to taps and replace with solid copper pipework as per regulations. All works in accordance with L8 regulations.
