Tender description

The project comprises of the refurbishment and fit out of approximately 19 000 square feet of existing occupied office accommodation including communal areas, WC areas and plantroom works at 1100 Century Way, Thorpe Park Business Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8TU. The project comprises of the refurbishment and fit out of approximately 19 000 square feet of existing occupied office accommodation including communal areas, WC areas and plantroom works at 1100 Century Way, Thorpe Park Business Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8TU. Works will include but are not limited to the following: — total modification of the existing layouts (internal ceilings / walls / floors), — creation of kitchens within the office space, — modifications / replacement of all existing M&E services serving the office space to suit the new layouts, — provision of all new office furniture, — removal / strip out of all existing office furniture, — removal / strip out of all existing suspended ceilings / partition walls / floor coverings, — refurbishment of all communal areas including reception area, — strip out of all existing WC sanitaryware and IPS systems including shower areas, — installation of new sanitaryware and IPS systems including shower areas, — replacement of plantroom items such as boilers, pumps, pressurisation units etc. and associated pipework, valves and ancillaries.
