PAN1784 - Highway Improvement Schemes (Including Cycle Paths)

Tender description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of highways construction works in the City of Leicester.The proposed Contract will operate as a single supplier Framework Agreement with individual schemes being called-off as and when required. In the first instance, the Authority wishes to deliver the London Road Scheme, which is envisaged to be the first Call-Off Contract under this Framework. A range of schemes are to be delivered under this Framework Agreement, these are anticipated to be London Road, Horsefair Street, Market Place South and Pocklingtons Walk. In addition to these schemes, the Authority reserves the right to utilise this Framework to deliver other schemes that fall within its scope.These activities are funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and therefore all documents relating to this activity will have to adhere to our funder's guidelines, including presentations on standard ERDF templates and using ERDF logos on any material such as hand-outs.
