PSDP AREA 2 THIRSK TENDER 2018-19 Patching of the carriageway 100mm thick 70mm thick Cold Recycled Bound Material Bituminous binder including Portland Cement: Quick Visco-Elastic (QVE) 30mm thick CGAC 10mm surface course Overlay of the carriageway with 100mm thick Binder Course material with 60PSV hard stone aggregate.
