Tender description

The GMC are seeking to procure expert Siebel Open UI development services, to build and unit test a Siebel Open UI solution to manage the GMC's engagements with our strategic stakeholders. The solution must be intuitive to use (as user-adoption will be a key success factor for this project). The GMC's product development team will architect, design and build the core Siebel solution, and we'll also take responsibility for the UX and D aspects of the solution (in close collaboration with our chosen development partner). Additionally, we're looking exploit the benefits of Siebel OpenUI across our entire Siebel application. With this in mind, the GMC are considering a longer-term partnership with our chosen service provider, to work alongside our Siebel product development team to co-deliver Open UI enhancements as required. We require the majority of the work to be undertaken onsite (Manchester). We'll also be looking for strong evidence of previously delivered Open UI projects.
