Tender description

Scope of services includes: Sparkle Project - Refurbishment of all internal communal areas To include redecoration of communal lounge and hallways, WC's, etc., replacement of light fittings to communal lounge, communal hallways and carpeting of communal lounge areas. It is anticipated that the period of the contract will be around 8 weeks and that the anticipatory value of the contract will be between £30k to £45k The Council advises all potential suppliers to fully acquaint themselves with the site conditions and scope of the works required. Please note the procurement and project key timescales and deadlines that you will be expected to fully observe: 1. Publish on Contracts Finder - 22nd June 2018 2. Quotation documents available on request by email - 22nd June 2018 3. Site Visits (upon request) - Between 10th July to 13th July 2018 4. Deadline for clarification questions by Bidders (Clarification Deadline) - 20th July 2018 5. Council to respond to clarification questions - 27th July 2018 6. Deadline for submission of ITQ Responses by potential suppliers (Quotation Response Deadline) - 1700 hrs on 3rd August 2018 7. Evaluation Week commencing - 10th August 2018 8. Awarded Decision (outcome of evaluation) - 17th August 2018 9.
