To isolate hot and cold water supplies. Supply and fit temperature gauges on HWS flow and return pipework. To fit expansion vessel in correct orientation complete with new bracket. Service all thermostatic mixing valves, clean strainers and set at 41°c. To descale outlets noted on report. Check all calorifiers and point of use water heaters and set temperatures at 60°c. To supply and fit new single check valve. Remove dead legs as detailed on legionella report and cap off at parent pipes or straight line pipework. Adjust pressure to boys toilet taps To isolate and strip out all braided pipework to taps and replace with solid copper pipework as per regulations.
