Tender description

The works shall include complete mechanical services installation and sub-specialists works (Heating, plumbing, soils and Wastes, BEMS etc.) associated with the development of a new 1-2 storey replacement Special need’s School building with 26 classrooms and associated ancillary accommodation with 94 nº car parking spaces, bus drop-off, 1 nº sports pitch, play areas, sensory garden and site boundary treatment with landscaping to include connection to external perimeter pavement. The total floor area of the new school will be 5310 m2. A 16 classroom single storey prefabricated modular temporary school is to be constructed on an alternative site prior for decant purposes during the construction of the new school.
