Construction of a new conjoined school for existing Junior and Senior Primary schools. The building is two storey and approx. 6 025 m2 in area. Facilities include 36 classrooms, 2 no general purpose halls, breakfast club and ancillary facilities. Works also include. Landscaping, play areas, car parking and site works. Phased construction on operational school site. Demolitions and Archaeological monitoring required. Please note this project will entail the use of reserved specialists for the Mechanical and Electrical Elements only.
