Tender description

The project is for the provision of the delivery of social housing units in Dungannon by means of design and build framework agreement, where the Economic Operator provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the scheme for Radius Housing Association in accordance with the DFC Housing Association Guide; Clients Requirements and Statutory Body requirements. Radius Housing Association expect to appoint a Developer by September 2018 to deliver up to 30 housing units.
