Tender description

The City of London (The City) wishes to procure a major construction works framework for general contacting to support delivery of its capital programme, strategy and other initiatives for various sites owned and/or managed by the City and other named parties within this contract notice. Over 2 lots the contracts awarded under the framework will be in the range 1 000 000 GBP to 15 000 000 GBP. The City of London (The City) wish to procure a new major construction works framework to support its delivery programmes, strategy and other initivaties. This may include a variety of construction works and disciplines to maintain the city's estate. Each individual contract let under this framework will range (but is not limited to) works values between 1 000 000 GBP to 4 600 000 GBP.
