Tender description

Be First is seeking to appoint a number of suitably experienced and capable contractors to a framework agreement to deliver up to £1 billion of quality residential developments and accommodation through its development progamme. The Be First development programme will strive to deliver the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham's aspiration of 50,00 new homes and provide 20,000 new jobs within the next 20 years. Successful contractors will be expected to support growth to provide opportunities for local people and partner organisations will be expected to demonstrate and deliver results in terms of achieving the expected social values.
