Tender description

NHS Commercial Solutions is seeking to procure, through a framework agreement, a panel of suitably experienced and qualified consultants to provide expert guidance to NHS and, potentially, other public sector organisations, in the field of property and estates strategy development and management. Specifically included are property appraisals (6 facet surveys). The Framework Agreement will be available to all organisations detailed in Section VI.3) of this Contract Notice(each, a “Participating Authority”). The purpose of this is to facilitate the delivery of one or more of the 6 facet surveys identified in the “Land and property appraisal” guidance document developed from Estatecode. This lot is divided into 7 sublots, the first 6 of which each align to the above mentioned facet surveys, as follows: Sublot 1.1: Facet 1: Physical Condition Survey. Sublot 1.2: Facet 2: Statutory Compliance Audit. Sublot 1.3: Facet 3: Space Utilisation Audit. Sublot 1.4: Facet 4: Functional Suitability Review. Sublot 1.5: Facet 5: Quality Audit. Sublot 1.6: Facet 6: Environmental Management Audit. Sublot 1.7: Any 2 or more of the above. This lot is intended to enable the provision of expert consultancy support to NHS organisations in developing strategies to deliver the recommendations of the NHS Property and Estates report (April 2017).
