Forrest Hills, Phase 1 - Car Park Works

Tender description

The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in the procurement documents and detailed in the specification, including but not limited to external works to the car park and pedestrian footpaths to the Forrest Hills Event Centre. The works briefly comprise upgrades to the existing hard surfacing, soft landscaping, land drainage, gabion walls, cycle shelter and miscellaneous DDA works. The location of the site is Forrest Hills, Hazelrigg Lane, Ellel, Lancaster, LA2 0PL. The successful tenderers awarded a contract must be fully available to mobilise so as to commence work on site on 18th June 2018 and complete by 27th July 2018.
