Tender description
To isolate and drain down hot and cold water supplies. Remove dead legs as detailed on legionella report and cap off at parent pipes. Service all point of use water heaters and calorifiers and set at 60°c. Service all thermostatic mixing valves, clean strainers and set at 41°c. All works in accordance with L8 regulations.
