Contract for the Development and Operation of Affordable Extra-Care Housing

Tender description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Development and Operation of Affordable Extra-Care Housing. The Contract will commence on 31st October 2018 and will be for a period of twenty five years. In public private partnership, the construction of 3 adult extra care schemes - each with approximately 50 accommodation units for affordable rental over a 25 year period. The project is lotted according to the 3 schemes as follows: Lot 1 - Bulmer House Lot 2 - Addenbrooke Lot 3 - Fernmount Bidders can apply for 1, 2 or all 3 lots. However the Lots will be awarded according the MEAT for that lot; potentially therefore, there could be 3 contracts arising from this procurement. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14.00 hrs on Wednesday 13th June 2018.
