Tender description

The Works comprise 4 works sections: 1.0 comprises staff parking and hard standing for lost play area, compound set up, ESB diversions; 2.0 (concurrent to 1.0) comprises the new 2 storey 5644 m2 school build and ancillary works incl. entrance gates; 3.0 demolitions of existing prefab and permanent schools and grubbing up etc.; 4.0 comprises new playing pitch and ancillary works. The Contractor will be responsible for the final phasing of the works sections and a detailed construction management plan will be sought. The work is to be phased. The Contractor will provide a detailed construction management plan before any works commence.
