Provision of Technical Services in Support of Public Service Vehicles

Tender description

The Authority requires the engagement of a Service Provider with significant expertise and experience in the area of public service vehicle technical standards, policy and operations matters, primarily but not exclusively those of small public service vehicles (“SPSV”). The primary scope of the role is to provide assistance to the Authority in the development, operation and maintenance of the regulatory framework for the licensing and regulation of the standards to be applied to SPSVs. The Service Provider may be an individual, company, partnership or consortium. The Service Provider will be expected to identify and nominate an individual ( “Technical Specialist”) to be the primary specialist to undertake the roles required by the Authority and that individual will be the key person called upon by the Authority to undertake specific tasks and provide specialist advice both on co-location at the Authority offices and elsewhere. Additional personnel may support the Technical Specialist as required by the specific tasks
