Tender description

The Homes and Communities Agency ('HCA') is seeking to appoint a Monitoring Surveying (MS) Firm from its national Property and Multi-Disciplinary Panels. The appointed Surveyor's role will include providing initial due diligence and on-going monitoring of the development works in respect of the identified loan investment under the Home Building Fund (THBF) programme.
