Tender description

The proposed works seek to: — enhance the public realm across the site, — resurface the existing pavement both on the footpath, carriageway and parking bays to create a unified look and safe surface throughout the site (approx area 11 500 m2), — extend the public footpath to create a wider urban open space with plantings and seating between the 2 churches around the St. Nicholas Quarter, — create safer and inclusive crossing junctions throughout the route, — provision of new LED Street Lighting, — provision of new water main infrastructure (approximately 565 m) including water meters (approximately 144 Nr).
