Tender description

To isolate, drain down and decommission 2 No. cold water storage tanks in loft space. Connect mains water pipework to cold water downs pipework via pressure reducing valves set at 1.5 bar. Strip out existing HWS cylinder in main plant room. Supply and fit 1 No. new unvented cylinder and alter all pipework and electrics to suit. Strip out dead leg pipework and cap off at parent pipes. Service all thermostatic mixing valves, clean out strainers and set to 41°c. Adjust temperatures on all point of use water heaters. All works in accordance with L8 regulations.
