Tender description

To isolate and strip out al dead legs on hot and cold water systems and cap off at parent pipes. Check all point of use water heaters and adjust temperatures as necessary. Service all thermostatic mixing valves, clean strainers and set temperatures at 41°c. Lag all pipework where necessary. Remove 1 No. disused water heater and straight-line pipework. All works in accordance with L8 regulations.
