Lampton 360 (Investment) preference is to instruct agents on a short term basis, who are experienced in Acquisition, leasing and management. Initial agreements would be for 12 months, subject to satisfactory completion of a probationary period(s). The arrangement will be reviewed at the end of the 12 months, giving L360 the option to bring all matters ‘in house’, and operate a bespoke team. Acquisition fees would only be paid on each successful legal completion (‘success related’). The likely total quantum of fees is estimated to be between 500 000 GBP - 1 000 000 GBP (ex VAT).
