On behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) partners, with whom and for whom this framework has been developed, tenders are invited for the following: Workestream 2 Housing Construction will be offered in three project sizes: — Projects of up to 15 Units on single or multiple sites. — Projects of between 16 and 49 Units on single or multiple sites. — Projects of 50 Units or more on single or multiple sites. Each lot will be split into local government areas. Tenders may offer partial coverage of a Lot. The works/goods/services to be delivered include the development of new build housing projects, including, housing, bungalows, flats, apartments, sheltered accommodation, care homes, student accommodation and associated works including land purchases.
