Tender description

The Principal Contractor is required to undertake the summarised as follows: Tyson House - The provision of 2no HDU ensuite bedrooms ( of which 1no DDA compliant), a seclusion room, ensuite and observation area, reconfiguration and minor works to multiple rooms on the live ward. Creation of a secure outdoor area. Lady Norman Hut - Demolition and removal of the existing Lady Norman Hut, provision of foundations, ramps and steps for turn-key portkabins, base for air con units and associated drainage, water and power supplies, provision of two bases for storage units. Denis Hill - Provision of small kitchenette cabinets and work surface. All tender documents can be downloaded via Due North (www.lppsourcing.org).
