Shannon Commercial Enterprises DAC are seeking competitive quotes for the Proposed Construction of Extension, Mezzanine and Carparking at Units A&B, Shannon Freezone East, Shannon, Co Clare. These include: · Volume A: Works Requirements · Volume B: Schedule and Form of Tender · Volume C: Pricing Document · Additional Information · Suitability Assessment Questionnaire The Contractor must visit the site, prior to submission of tender, and ascertain all local conditions, including but not limited to those of the isolated / adjacent/abutting structures and other restrictions that will or are likely to affect the execution of the works. No claim will be entertained for any lack of knowledge, understanding or appreciation of the nature and complexities of this contract. The Contractor is advised that the award Criteria for the Project will be on a MEAT basis with Price 70% and Technical Merit 30%.
