Inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of straight and curved stair lifts, vertical through floor lifts, step lifts and overhead track hoists

Tender description

This tender is for the provision of an annual schedule of service and inspection of all straight and curved stair lifts, vertical lifts, step lifts (internal and external) and overhead track hoists (hereafter known as the appliances), installed in domestic properties in Tameside and Oldham that no longer fall within a manufacturer's warranty. This includes provision of minor repairs where necessary, arising out of annual service and inspection. The cost of minor repairs will be up to and including £350. Repairs arising from scheduled inspection and service costing more than £350 are to be included as part of the emergency call out service. In addition, the Contractor shall provide a full call-out facility covering 24 hours each day and 365 days a year, (including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day).
