Approved contractors to carry out all aspects regarding the supply and installation of specialist access equipment as identified by Occupational Therapists for persons with disabilities - as listed below. Works may comprise of the following examples: • Works to Harrogate Borough Council owned Social Dwellings • Works to Privately occupied dwellings, including Landlord or rented accommodation within the Harrogate and surrounding areas. All trades must cover, but are not limited to the following: • Supply and installation of through floor access lifts and step lifts, • Supply and installation of stair lifts, • Supply and installation of automated hoists • Contractors must have appropriate memberships of approved bodies.
