Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work

Tender description

Translink wishes to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake works associated with The Belfast Transport Hub Development Project located in Great Victoria Street, Belfast. These works will include remediation and site clearance, utilities connections and civil works, where applicable, associated with the demolition of buildings and structures, culverting, including piling, backfill and associated temporary works, new permanent way PWay, new Hub building, bus wash, fuel and maintenance facilities, improvement works to junctions and carriageways, busway and hub access roads, busway bridge over PWay, retaining boundary walls and ramps at existing roadways, bus and car parking facilities and associated lighting, soft landscaping and public realm works to form a new square, as well as other minor works.
