Establishment of Framework Agreement for Works Contractors for Clare County Council. This Framework will be utilised for construction contracts up to €100,000 exclusive of Vat (note: this figure is indicative only & contracts above this limit may be procured under this framework if the Council deems it appropriate) over a four year period commencing in 2017 and ending in 2021. It is envisaged that the combined value of the framework will be €4,500,000 exclusive of VAT, however the actual number of projects awarded under the framework may be determined by the level of funding available to the Council. The contracts will be primarily for the refurbishment, maintenance and construction projects of social housing but other construction projects of a general nature may also be included.
