Leicester City Council Housing Department invites Tenders for the provision of Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments and General Repairs.The proposed Contract will be for 2 years with an option to extend for further period or periods of up-to 2 years. Any extension will be at the sole discretion of the Council.This contract will operate as a framework agreement.
