Tender description

CORSERV is appointing suitably qualified and experienced subcontractors to a framework agreement to supplement internal labour for core works and provide services for specialist works where currently no in-house skills or resources exist. The scope of the works is mainly within highways maintenance, construction and civil engineering but will also include landscaping and facilities maintenance. Tenders have been assessed on 70 % price and 30 % quality and have met the full requirements of the specification and hold the trade certificates and operative qualifications relevant to the specific lot(s) they have bid for. The agreement includes an annual 2 % rebate. The CORSERV group of companies will be able to access the agreement. Lot 1 Road Planning - 2 contractors appointed, Jet Plant and Tripod Crest. Lot 2 Drilling and Blasting - 1 appointed, Saxton Drilling. Lot 3 Fire Alarms, Portables - 3 appointed, Waldon Security, Integral & Exco Fire. Lot 6 Water Assessments - 3 appointed, Churchill CS, Clearwater, Integrated WS. Lot 7 Legionella Testing - 3 appointed, Churchill CS, Integrated WS, Reef WS. Lot 10 Crane Contract Lifts - 1 appointed, Macsalvors. Lot 12 Site Setting Out - 3 appointed, Kemp Engineering, Measura, Warner LS. Lot 14 Scaffolding - 1 appointed, Chris Sedgeman. Lot 16 Grass Cutting - 3 appointed, Glendale, K.Hill, CGS Contractors. Lot 17 CCTV, Security, Access - 3 appointed, Waldon Security, Saker, Exco Fire. No further lots have been awarded.
