Tender description

The purpose of this brief is to appoint a specialist contractor for the provision of aids and adaptations works for disabled tenants in properties owned and managed by Westminster City Council and/or managed by City West Homes Ltd. Scope of works include feasibility, design and build major and minor adaptations adaptations following assessment of need and recommendations from the client’s occupational therapists, NHS Trusts and all stakeholders including Tri borough social services. Provider is also expected to manage servicing of all adaptations including all forms of stair lifts and hoists under LOLAR legislation and annual servicing as required. Total annual value of the contract is in the region of 1 760 000 GBP including a proactive planned maintenance programme of adaptations and specialist equipment.
