Water Mist Sprinkler Fire Supression System Installations - High Rises

Tender description

This contract is for the installation of the Water Mist Sprinkler system within each flat within the block of flats. This contract comprises of two 14 story flats consisting of 236 flats in total. The Contractor is to allow for liaising with the Council appointed consultants in order to get the best out of this contract and the successful completion of this project. The contractor is to only price on the specifications and products in this document. Contractors must also obtain any clarification prior to tendering and must not qualify and insert caveats in their bids. Any clarifications will then be circulated to all bidders. In addition to the above, the Contractor will also be evaluated on a set of Quality Questionnaire to assist the Council in selecting the most economically advantageous contractor to carry out the works.
