This tender package concentrates primarily on the final phase of our investment programme, namely mechanical and electrical works to the Children's and Adult Day Centres, together with the remaining corporate assets as detailed. The Pricing Schedule is based on the PSA for Mechanical Services, Seventh Edition and Bidders should therefore obtain a copy and familiarise themselves with this document.
