Tender description

The provision of a young persons supported accommodation service for homeless young people between the ages of 16 to 25 at 2 locations within the main towns of Orkney, 1 in Kirkwall and 1 in Stromness. The provision of a young persons supported accommodation service for homeless young people between the ages of 16 to 25. The service is to be provided at two separate sites, providing support for up to 13 young people, to maintain their individual tenancies (managed by the Authority's identified Housing Provider) and develop individual living skills to enable them to move on to permanent accommodation. The accommodation is located within Orkney at 2 separate locations, one in Kirkwall which consists of 3 separate flats within the main building and 6 separate flats within the courtyard area of the same site and 1 in Stromness which has 4 individual rooms, 1 of which has en-suite facilities.
