Wellingborough Homes invites expressions of interest from Contractors for the new build construction of 40 dwellings off Windermere/Penrith Drives, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to tender for a Design and Build Contract either utilising traditional methods of construction or off site Modular Manufacture.
