Crossways Infants School Re-roofing

Tender description

The Works Comprise the over-roofing of the existing roof coverings to the main roof and hall upper roof at Crossways Infants School plus the replacement of the existing rooflights within the re-roofed areas. The Contractor must be an approved Bauder installer, and Bauder system must be installed as per the enclosed specification document. It should be noted that the Clerestory windows around the hall and infilled courtyard will be replaced by another contractor outside of and in advance of this contract. The cills of these windows will be raised and temporarily weathered onto the existing roof as part of the window installations. The contractor undertaking the re-roofing project described in this specification will be required to remove the temporary weatherings and then providing permanent upstand and cover flashing details in accordance with the specifications and requirements of this document.
