Construction of 21 apartments and associated communal facilities. II. Clifton Avenue Eastham. Demolition of 4 storey apartment block and construction of 15nr houses and 12 apartments. III. Mallowdale Close, Eastham. Demolition of existing garages and construction of 6nr houses and 1 bungalows. IV. Church Street, Wallasey. Construction of 10 houses. V. Saughall Massie Road, West Kirby, 14nr Houses. VI. Flambards, Cheverton Road, Woodchurch, 17nr houses. VII. Delamere Avenue, Eastham, 6 houses, 6 apartments.
