Tender description

The Authority, is conducting this OJEU procurement using the open procedure for the purpose of appointing Contractors on to 2 separate Frameworks: Lot 1 will provide Adaptations to the homes of vulnerable people; Lot 2 provides a Handyperson and Repairs service. The requirements are further described in the Specification and associated documents. The value of these works is above the EU thresholds for works. Lot 1: Adaptations: The Authority wishes to appoint up to 20 contractors on to this Framework to provide adaptations work to vulnerable residents, within various housing sites. Lot 2: Handyperson and Repairs Service: The Authority wishes to appoint up to 4 contractors to provide the handyperson service and carry out repairs to existing adaptations work within various housing sites.
