Tender description

Transport for London (TfL) Surface Transport currently has in place a collaborative London Highways Alliance Contract (LoHAC) for the delivery of highways maintenance and improvement schemes across London which expires in March 2021. TfL is considering how it may approach the future service delivery options and is therefore seeking early information from the market through the publication of this Prior Information Notice (PIN).
