Tender description

The Council sought to engage suitably experienced and qualified Suppliers to enter into a Contract for the provision of consultancy services for the revaluation of land and property assets for financial reporting purposes (Asset Valuations) within the County of Powys. The Council sought to engage suitably experienced and qualified Supplier to enter into a Contract for the provision of consultancy services for the revaluation of land and property assets for financial reporting purposes (Asset Valuations) within the County of Powys. The provision of statutory asset valuation will include the following: — annual revaluation of the Council’s rolling programme property portfolio, spread over 5 financial years to include general fund (operational assets) assets held for sale, surplus and investment assets, — the revaluation of assets, which have been enhanced in value during a particular financial year as a result of capital works being undertaken to the property, — the revaluation of Council County Farms assets, — the revaluation of the Council Housing assets, — a valuation of any property, which has been subject to impairment, — the provision of other asset valuations required due to category change.
